Status and support reports
When you report an issue through the status page, we process your contact details, category, description and a reduced status snapshot so that we can review and respond to the report.
Cloudflare Turnstile
We use Cloudflare Turnstile in invisible mode to protect our forms from automated abuse. Cloudflare checks technical browser and request signals to distinguish human visitors from automated requests. Please refer to the Cloudflare Turnstile Privacy Addendum.
Email communication
Transactional and status emails are sent through Brevo. We use email addresses only for requested communication, support responses and product-related notices under the relevant consent or business relationship.
Retention
We retain personal data only for as long as required for operations, support, security, legal obligations or legitimate interests.
