Data we process

When you submit the founding-access form, we process the data you provide: email address, company or project name, website URL, role, monthly content update volume, priority, message, language, source path, consent status and timestamp.

When you visit the website, technical access data may be processed automatically, including IP address, date and time of access, requested URL, user agent, referrer and security events.

Purposes and legal bases

• Lead capture and founding-access communication: consent, Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR, and pre-contractual steps, Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR.
• Security, abuse prevention and reliable delivery of the website: legitimate interests, Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR.

Processors and service providers

We use Cloudflare to deliver and protect this website. Cloudflare may process technical access data for hosting, content delivery, security and abuse prevention.

We use Brevo for lead capture, email confirmation and founding-access communication. Brevo receives the form data required to manage contacts, consent and email communication.

We use Google Workspace for business email communication.

International transfers

The controller is located in the United States. Some providers may process data in countries outside the EU or EEA. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses, adequacy decisions or comparable transfer mechanisms.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not intentionally set non-essential marketing analytics cookies. If analytics, advertising pixels or product tracking are added later, this policy and the consent flow must be updated before activation.

Email and double opt-in

If you request founding access, we may send an email asking you to confirm your address. We store confirmation status to document consent and prevent misuse. You can withdraw consent at any time by contacting us or using unsubscribe links where available.

Retention

Unconfirmed or inactive lead records are reviewed and deleted or anonymized when they are no longer needed. Confirmed lead and business communication records are retained as long as needed for founding-access communication, business relationship management and legal documentation duties.

Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection to processing. You may also withdraw consent with future effect. You have the right to lodge a complaint with a competent supervisory authority.

Security

We use HTTPS, Cloudflare security controls, access restrictions and provider-side safeguards to protect data. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

We may update this policy when the website, product, processors or legal requirements change. The date above indicates the current version.
